Platted lot and I am not sure where the road and electrical ends at this time. Not far from Lake George off the St Johns River. I have spoken to the management company for Georgetown Estates and once the new owner builds and settles in they may join the Georgetown Assoc for the Lake George Park and amenities. Which includes access to Lake George.
